1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within one to five days of placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep or designated collection location. Each product at Karen Mijoluf Selections has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. What’s your return policy?
According to the circumstances, we reserve the right either to accept return and refund or exchange. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and once verified we will either give you your money back in full or provide an exchange upon return of the item. 3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if your package has not been dispatched to you within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please let us know so that we may collect the package and issue your refund.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order – if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered – then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund upon return of the item or provide an exchange for the item ordered.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges where possible. However, if you are entitled to an exchange and for any reason we cannot provide a replacement item we shall provide a full respond of the purchase price.
